Designed for use with traditional needles, Inky is a versatile and lightweight machine that can handle a wide range of needle configurations for both lining and shading.
By adjusting the voltage and stroke length, you can fine-tune the machine to suit different techniques and needle groupings. Inky is a reliable everyday machine for clean, single-pass lines, solid colour packing and saturated shading.
The stroke can be adjusted quickly and easily using the knob on the rear of the machine. Simply loosen the locking screw on the left side with a 2mm Allen key, then turn the knob:
Turn right to lengthen the stroke
Turn left to shorten the stroke
Inky has been tuned to deliver a strong, consistent hit while helping to reduce unnecessary skin trauma, making it suitable for clean single-pass lining as well as filling and shading.
